Julie Kaplan, a graduate of Yale Law School, has decades of experience practicing environmental law.  Her extensive career encompasses litigation on behalf of environmental groups, including as a senior attorney for the Sierra Club and the Environmental Integrity Project.  She also worked as an environmental enforcement attorney prosecuting polluters for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Section, as an attorney counseling primarily on environmental matters with the U.S. Department of Transportation, and in private practice representing, among other clients, governments and environmental groups.  Matters on which Julie has worked and developed expertise include Clean Water and Clean Air Acts, RCRA, CERCLA, NEPA, FOIA, coal ash, climate change, environmental justice, and clean energy.
